This article is for NSO SUMMIT Admin who have elevated permissions
View Data Access by Athlete
1. Select Athlete from left hand navigation
2. Click athlete, this will show a pop up of athlete information
3. Click data access
4. Athlete data access dashboard will show with filters for sports and athletes
5. By default it will show the athlete that you searched in athlete module. You can search or select another athlete from the drop down
6. Select the athlete and their support team will appear with their role
7. Scroll to bottom of page for a description on each role
Update Data Access by Athlete
As a NSO SUMMIT Admin you might be notified that a support team member can't view an athlete's plan, session or data
Follow the steps below to update their access
Before a coach or support team member can be linked to an athlete, they first must have an account in SUMMIT. You can check this here
Once you know they have an account in SUMMIT, update the link to an athlete by following the steps below
Navigate to Administration — SUMMIT
Search and select User you want to add to an athlete's support team
Manage athletes
Add athletes
Search by Name and select those you want to add
Click done
The user will now see data relating to this athlete based on their level of permission
