Who can you share with
You can only share a plan with someone who is not an athlete
Plans can only be shared by coaches or support staff that are linked to that sport
EG: A S&C with Rowing can be shared a rowing plan, but if that S&C works with Swimming, they will not be able to have the Rowing plan shared with them
In order to do this, email our support team [email protected] with a request to modify sports you are connected to
How Athletes get shared a plan
Athletes do not get shared a plan
Instead they are assigned a plan from a Athletes plans by these steps
Assigning a plan to them.
Open that plan
Edit plan
Publish Plan
Then the athlete will be able to view the plan
Athletes can only view one plan at a time.
Sharing from Master Plan
If you share a master plan then all the athlete versions of that plan are also shared
But that user will only be able to see the athlete plans that they have access to see
If you want that user to see a plan for an athlete that they don’t have access to, you need to share it at the athlete plan level (not the master plan)
How to Share
Select Plan you want to share
Click Share
Type in search name of user
Select Permission to plan
Click done
To view who you have shared it with click share
Permission levels on a Plan
View - view only
Edit - change details within a plan
Manage - change owner, share + full edit permissions
