Publishing Plans and Versioning

This article describes how a plan should be published and how you can create a new version on a plan

Publishing a Plan

Before you can publish a plan you need to assign your master plan to an athlete. This will automatically create an athlete plan that will save as a draft plan

To make the plan available to the athlete you need to publish the plan

  1. Open athlete plan

  2. Click edit

  3. Select Publish plan

  4. Options will appear to confirm

Create new version of your plan

  1. Open Master Plan

  2. Edit plan

  3. Select New Version

  4. Pop up will check you want to proceed

  5. In your master plan list you will now see your plan shows as version 2

  6. To restore to an earlier version email [email protected]
