2. Click User from list (or search from list)

3. Click on user (ie Coach Rowing)

4. Manage athletes

5. Search for athletes to connect to this user, click DONE

1. Navigate to Administration Module

2. Select Users

3. Search for a user

4. Open the User details
​

5. If athlete is a coach or support staff you can link them to athletes. Click Manage athletes. Athletes that appear will only be from the same sport as the Coach has been linked to

6. Add the athletes you want to connect to
​

7. This coach will now only see these athletes

This is only available to Super Admin roles

1. Navigate to Administration Module

2. Select Users

3. Search for a user
​

4. Open the User details
​

5. Edit the Sports the Coach or Support Team member is to be connected to

6. Then manage athletes to connect this user account to athletes from multiple sports
